RPG Strategic Land was formally consolidated in 2021 and reflects The Group’s desire to feed the development pipeline within town centres and rural communities.

It was founded with the intention to support both Harvey Homes and Jarvis Commercial. Having previously worked with other land acquisition agencies, the team felt that by being involved from the early stages and controlling the process from end-to-end, they could deliver bespoke developments that were of better value for the individual occupiers and communities they are built for.

The team is actively looking for prime land across the North West with a view to garner planning permission and start the development process of some innovative new homes and mixed-use schemes. They are inviting introductions for land and property and are welcoming any news on potential leads or opportunities that fit under their vision for high quality and well-located developments.
